Documentation - Skid vs One
Hello world,
This is my first completed "big" project. I am very tired. I have learned many things, and this is my documentation of them, so hopefully you can learn from what I learned too. I expect this to be the first and last of this blog-esque type of thing for any animation I make, so enjoy it while you can!
Challenges
Perseverance
Motivation tends to be a big challenge for me, not just in this project, but in many things in general. I feel like I tend to favor efficiency and speed, so when something becomes mundane and slow, I have a bad habit of giving up. This is why most of my paintings are done in less than an hour. However, animation to my standard simply cannot be done in an hour, contrary to my painted works. Thus, this habit of giving up is reflected in my file folder, as I have a surplus of animated projects that I have started, but unfortunately never finished.
Persevering through projects for a long duration of time disinterests me greatly, so overcoming that problem with this animation is one of my highlights. I am just glad to have a project out there, that I worked hard for and remained passionate about. A project I am proud of.
Being the underdog somewhat
So, it is the first duel for both me, and my opponent, Hyun.
I also have very little experience in animation compared to my opponent, Hyun, who has animated for almost longer than years I have lived...
